DeAndre Hopkins questions NFL future after COVID-19 vaccine memo

The NFL on Thursday released a memo to its 32 teams saying if any are unable to play a game within the boundaries of the 18-week regular season due to a COVID-19 outbreak, it would forfeit.

There is a debate over whether to get vaccinated. People feel strongly on both sides. We know what side Arizona Cardinals wideout DeAndre Hopkins stands. It is going to attract attention.

In the since-deleted tweet, Hopkins said he questioned his future with the league because of the edict:

Never thought I would say this, But being put in a position to hurt my team because I don’t want to partake in the vaccine is making me question my future in the @Nfl

He then tweeted:
