DeAndre Hopkins, Devon Kennard miss second straight practice

The Arizona Cardinals released their second injury report of the week. Things got a little better and there were also new injuries.

Receiver Larry Fitzgerald and defensive lineman Corey Peters went from not practicing on Wednesday to being full participants on Thursday. Peters and Fitzgerald simply had the day off/

Safeties Budda Baker and Chris Banjo both missed practice for the second day in a row. Baker is recovering from thumb surgery and won’t play this week. Banjo injured his hamstring Sunday and appears unlikely to play this week.

Receiver DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) and linebacker Devon Kennard (calf) both missed practice for the second day in a row. Linebacker Tanner Vallejo sat out on Thursday with an illness. He was a new addition to the injury report.

Cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick was a new addition to the report with a head injury. He was limited Thursday, along with receiver Christian Kirk (groin), center Mason Cole (hamstring) and linebacker Dennis Gardeck (foot).

Defensive lineman Zach Allen (knee) was a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.
