Dean Smith has confirmed that Norwich have 'COVID-related issues' ahead of welcoming Manchester United this weekend.
United travel to Carrow Road on Saturday evening to take on Norwich, who are currently bottom of the Premier League table.
The Reds are unbeaten across their last five games across all competitions following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's departure and Ralf Rangnick won his first game in charge as interim boss last weekend when United beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Old Trafford.
Rangnick rotated his side against BSC Young Boys in midweek but United are expected to be at full strength for Norwich.
The Canaries might not be able to say the same about their starting XI after Smith revealed COVID problems, though.
“We have had a couple of players who have knocks," Smith said.
“We have a couple of COVID-related issues that we are waiting on results for this morning.
"I obviously can't let you in on any names but there are three or four players. There’s a couple of players that we’re worried about.
"We’ve tested and we’ll wait for the PCR results on them. They're just feeling a little bit unwell, not likely to be linked to the game last week with Tottenham. Like the whole nation, we’re just holding our breaths at the moment."
