Deal Alisson made before Liverpool's Champions League final victory

Liverpool's players have had over a week to let their Champions League final victory over Tottenham sink in, and the win means that one member of the squad has a promise to live up to.

Goalkeeper Alisson Becker was one of the stars of the 2-0 win over Liverpool's Premier League rivals at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium in the Spanish capital, where goals from Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi sealed the Reds' sixth European crown last Saturday evening.

And in between those two goals, the Brazilian stopper was required to make a number of smart saves to preserve Liverpool's lead, particularly so from Son Heung-min, Lucas Moura and Christian Eriksen in quick succession late on.

The win was the perfect ending to Alisson's first season in English football following last summer's transfer from Roma, with the stopper consistently impressing and putting an end to Liverpool's frequent goalkeeping issues.

And now he's got to impress in another area too.

Because in a video from Liverpool's official YouTube channel back in February, the goalkeeper is filmed having a chat and a jam with Reds fanatic and musician Jamie Webster - who performed at the Reds' fan park in Madrid, a year on from playing his hits at the fan park ahead of the final against Real Madrid in Kiev.

Near the end of the interview, Webster - who recorded and released a version of Liverpool's famous 'Allez Allez Allez' song last year - asks Alisson, who is a keen guitarist, if he'll perform on stage at one of Liverpool's now famous BOSS Night events in the city.

"Maybe we have a big victory towards the end of the season, would you fancy getting up and playing?" asks Webster. To which the goalkeeper smiles and simply replies: "If we win, mate. Let's make this deal now. If we win. I come."

Well wins don't get much bigger than the Champions League final.

Over to you, Alisson.
