On the rain-drenched streets of Manchester a battle commenced.
Only one could win, only one could be victorious - so who did have the best costume? Deadpool or Deathstroke?
Comic book fans Dan Woodhead and Jack Foserook tried to settle the row once and for all and went head to head in a (friendly) fight on Sunday afternoon (July 29).
The duo - who were dressed as the superhero and supervillain - were in the city centre for Manchester MCM Comic Con.

Posing up for photographers the cosplayers showed off their outfits outside Manchester Central.
The wet weather provided a suitably gothic and moody backdrop for many of the revellers, including those dressed as Batman, Catwoman, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Hellboy.
Hundreds of film, comic, sci-fi and fantasy fans flooded to the venue on Saturday and Sunday for the spectacular two-day convention.
As colourful characters filled the streets around the venue the likes of Frank Sidebottom could be seen rubbing shoulders with Harley Quinn and Superman.
