Normally I read different books every night but I couldn't stop reading Dead Man's Cove!!!!

The main characters are… Laura Marlin, her uncle, Skye (her dog), Mrs Webb and The Bad Gang (who got away with stealing someone!!!)

Laura has been through a tough life moving (and moving and moving and moving) care home. Suddenly in the middle of all of that she finds she has an uncle called Calvin who is willing to foster her. First of all she thought 'WOW, AN UNCLE, COOL!!!' but when she got there he looked TERRIBLE!!! But she found out that he was kind, caring and big hearted!!

Laura finds a friend called Tariq but he goes missing. So Laura and Skye set out on a mission to find Tariq!!

I really enjoyed the book because it was a great mystery and it was exciting when Laura made new plans and discovered clues. If I was to mark it out of ten I would give it … 10/10
