Chief executive
Paul Crawford
Paul has worked in the affordable housing for more than 20 years. He joined Devon and Cornwall Housing as group chief executive in November 2009.
Prior to this, Paul worked for Sovereign Housing Association as managing director. Previous roles included head of development, director of housing and director of customer services. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors planning and development division and has also been a member of the National Housing Federation's south west executive since 2003.

Melvyn Garrett
Melvyn joined DCH from Motorola Mobility where he was Europe, Middle East and Africa finance and operations director. He has been group director since 2013. Melvyn previously held finance, strategy and chief executive positions in the transport, electronics and distribution sectors; with eight years spent in the USA.
