What an upset! It seemed like Superman would be a lock for the title, but lo, he has been felled by the Scarlet Witch, riding high on her recent Disney+ success.
The poll shifted back and forth for the past 24 hours, with Superman staying in the lead for much of the time. Something changed during the overnight hours though, and Scarlet Witch had healthy 54% to 46% victory in the end.
In terms of sheer power that we’ve seen Wanda Maximoff throw out recently, it certainly seems like she could, at the very least, give Superman a run for his money. And, too boot!, she doesn’t have a weakness like kryptonite.
