The Action Network has put out updated odds for XFL teams after two weeks of the season.
DC Defenders

The DC Defenders are off to a 2-0 start under Pep Hamilton. They have a plus-four mark when it comes to touchdowns scored and allowed. The Defenders are the lone undefeated team in the East. They are listed at 2-1 on the betting line.
Houston Roughnecks

The offensive genius that is June Jones has Houston undefeated, too. P.J. Walker has done amazing things at quarterback and has an uncanny connection with Cam Phillips. The Roughnecks are the lone undefeated team in the West and check in at $2.25-1 on the boards. The Roughnecks have a plus-three TD mark.
Dallas Renegades

Bob Stoops and his Dallas Renegades got into the win column Sunday. They were not impressive in downing Los Angeles. Landry Jones threw for more than 300 yards in a performance that showed plenty of rust. Hard to buy into Dallas, which has a minus-one TD mark. The team will have to improve dramatically. A risky proposition at 5-1.
St. Louis Battlehawks

Jonathan Hayes has done a nice job with the Battlehawks. Their loss came to Houston in a close game. Jordan Ta’amu is only 22 and has a bright future, probably outside the XFL. St. Louis is a plus-two on TDs, which speaks to the success it had in its opener. Don’t be surprised if Hayes and the Battlehawks give the Defenders a strong run in the East. They are 10-1.
Tampa Bay Vipers

The Vipers are 0-2 and minus-4. They have not shown much of anything under Marc Trestman. This could be where things separate from contenders to pretenders in the XFL. Tampa Bay, like other teams, has a huge quarterback problem. It might be some of the bottom-feeders but do not see it competing with the top three. 10-1.
New York Guardians

The Guardians provided sad entertainment value in Week 2 as Matt McGloin’s behavior and interviews were reminiscent of the original XFL. Maybe he didn’t get the memo this league was different. The Guardians are 1-1 and need to find a quarterback who respects the coach and organization. They are 12-1 and the odds should grow as the season continues.
Los Angeles Wildcats

Winston Moss and the Wildcats are 0-2 and have allowed eight touchdowns while scoring four. It looks like this franchise is disheveled and will have a hard time digging itself out of this hole. There isn’t a lot of reason for enthusiasm. Josh Johnson at quarterback is only one of the issues. 14-1
Seattle Dragons

The Dragons come in at 14-1 under Jim Zorn. This is perplexing as they are 1-1 and have managed to score five touchdowns in two games. The Vipers and Wildcats feel in far worse situations than Seattle. That, of course, doesn’t mean Seattle will contend for the championship.
