A childcare worker is expected to face court later this month after a toddler was assaulted multiple times at a Sydney daycare centre.
The 26-year-old woman was arrested at a home at The Ponds in northwest Sydney on Friday afternoon.
Police allege the woman assaulted the two-year-old boy multiple times at a Castle Hill daycare centre between March 11 and March 17 this year.
She has been charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm and seven counts of common assault.
The woman has been bailed and is due to face Parramatta Local Court on April 27.
