The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward says she's 'feeling like a different person' after overhauling her fitness routine in lockdown.
The mum-of-four has told followers that she's lost 6lbs in a week after taking part in an online body transformation programme.
Telling fans she'd done the Six Pack Revolution for a week she said: "Honestly, I’m feeling like a different person!"
"You look amazing," said one fan as Dawn shared some glam photos of herself in striped trousers and floral wrap blouse cinched-in with a waist tie.
Dawn also revealed that she's removed her long hair extensions while staying at home.
Sharing another photo of herself dressed up after 'getting sick' of wearing PJs around the house she told followers: "Chilling with no hair extensions.
"Missing them but getting ready much quicker needed to dress up sick of PJs lol."
The reality TV star, her husband Ashley and their four daughters Darby, Taylor, Charlie and Aston, and Darby's fiance Michael Corrado Jackson have been living in lockdown at the family home Warford Hall with Jodie Sullivan, the manager of Dawn's Skulpt beauty clinic, Jodie's daughter Lexi and two housekeepers.
Also sharing Warford Hall are four pet chihuahuas, a pomeranian and a Boston terrier.
Last month the family threw a birthday party in lockdown for Jodie, and Dawn told us that after the party they would be embarking on a health and fitness regime together.
And they've been showing off their cooking skills in Come Dine With The Wards, a series of online videos featuring the family taking it in turns to cook for each other.
