Wexford hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald is set to marry his girlfriend of 13 years, Sharon O’Loughlin on Friday.
The couple will say "I do" on Friday afternoon, and many of Davy’s colleagues and celebrity pals have been wishing him luck on social media.
Anna Geary and Mairead Ronan have both shared their excitement about #davysbigday and they are not letting Storm Lorenzo get the better of them, RSVP Live reports.
Dancing With The Stars winner, Mairead wrote: “Can’t wait to see this guy get married tomorrow. We’re ditching the cameras, the tracksuits and just having the craic.”
While Anna Geary said she hopes there are no obstacle courses but would be happy to see 'the ramp' before the speeches.
Davy spoke about his relationship with Sharon to RSVP Magazine last year saying: “We get on well and try to do our best.”
“We are both fiery and some people say that isn’t good, but it works for us. We live for today, we enjoy each other’s company and we like the same things”
The GAA legend also opened up about the proposal revealing that he popped the question on their 13th anniversary.
Davy said: "I did it at home at my place. I wrote something in the snow and I sent her down to have a look at it."
He joked: "Thankfully, I got the right answer."
"Sharon cooked me breakfast that morning and I told her that I had wrote a thank you in the snow and to go and have a look.
"She went down and she was shocked enough."
Davy was not the only one involved in the big moment, the Ireland's Fittest Family creator got some help from a furry friend.
"The most important thing in Sharon’s life are her two dogs, so I sent down one of the dogs with the ring."
"It worked out okay anyway," he continued.
