Davina McCall wowed her fans by going makeup free for an Instagram post where she gave advice on easing menopause symptoms.
The Masked Singer star, 53, grinned at the camera after just finishing her first spin class in three weeks.
Davina, who donned a grey vest top, looked radiant as she addressed her social media fans on camera.
She also told how creaking bones can be a sign of Perimenopause - when a woman's body makes the natural transition to menopause - and encouraged her fans to have hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to counter the side affects of it.
Davina said: "Omg yessss first spin class in three weeks ! Menopause month this October .
"So today’s symptom is joint / muscle pain… lots of us think those creaking bones is just a part of getting older , but it’s also a sign of perimenopause.. when our oestrogen drops. Taking HRT ( transdermal hrt is body identical and made from yams) reduces the risk of osteoporosis and is amazing for perimeno symptoms."
In August Davina opened up about the effects the menopause had on her – saying she was left fearing she was suffering from dementia and would lose her job.
The TV presenter has been praised for shining a spotlight on the natural condition which struck her when she 44.
Earlier this year, the star featured in a documentary called Davina McCall: Sex, Myths and the Menopause where she investigated the natural moment where women stop having their periods.
And the star has discussed how she feared she would lose her own job as a TV host when she found herself becoming forgetful as a result of entering menopause herself
Speaking to Fabulous magazine, Davina said: “I thought it was something that happened in your 50s – you got a couple of hot flushes and were through it.
“I had no idea about how much our bodies need hormones. I was having night sweats, hot flushes, and I wasn't sleeping."
This week Davina showed off her toned physique while ‘hard at work’ abroad.
The star shared a photo of her lounging by a pool in a blue and white striped bikini, flashing a beaming smile while shielding her eyes with sunglasses.
Posting the picture onto Instagram, she captioned the snap “hard at work” with two laughing emojis alongside it.

Her 1.4million Instagram followers were quick to share in their jealousy - of both her incredible gym-fit figure as well as the sunny location where she’s lazing.
This Way Up star and comedian Aisling Bea spoke for us all when she commented on the picture, asking Davina: “Can I borrow some abs?”
