Davina McCall was overcome with emotion after the nation took part in clap for carers on Thursday's Big Night In.
The TV favorite, 52, teared up as people all around the UK went to their doorsteps and their balconies to cheer and applaud the great efforts of our NHS staff.
The Big Night In studio also erupted into noise as they vocalised their praise for key workers.
The token of appreciation has been happening weekly since the lockdown to thank everyone working on the frontline as people stay at home to amid the coronavirus pandemic.
After the moment Lenny Henry told viewers: “Davina is in bits”, as she sniffled.

Before she wrapped up her time hosting the former Big Brother star’s voice broke as she told watchers: “Yeah massive thank you from me from the bottom of my heart and please keep donating as much as you can however big or small it doesn’t matter.”
Davina presented part of the one off special with Lenny and Matt Baker in a bid to entertain the nation on the BBC fundraising bonanza.
For the first time ever, Children In Need and Comic Relief teamed up to celebrate unsung heroes and raise money for vulnerable people during the coronavirus pandemic.
Davina ensured she took centre stage as she flaunted her enviable physique in an eye-catching canary yellow gown that featured one billowing sleeve.
