Davina McCall most in demand TV presenter as she overtakes Holly Willoughby's screen-time

Davina McCall has become the most in-demand woman on the box in Britain.

She has joined Dancing on Ice and This Morning star Holly Willoughby and The One Show’s Alex Jones as having most screen time.

Davina, 53, currently fronts The Masked Singer and Long Lost Family on ITV, and is set to star in the Changing Rooms reboot on Channel 4.

And ITV bosses are keen to tie her to more shows.

A source said: “It’s incredible that 20 years since she made a name for herself on Big Brother, she is as sought-after as ever.

“Doing a shiny floor, entertainment show such as The Masked singer and then Long Lost Family really highlights her versatility. It’s little wonder she is so in demand.”

The Masked Singer has huge ratings, with more than seven million tuning in, and Long Lost Family ITV has continued to enjoy critical success.

A source added: “It’s a show which already packs an emotional punch but her and Nicky Campbell lift it to another level.”

Fitness Queen Davina is also raking it in with her new subscription online fitness channel, Own Your Own Goals.

And despite not releasing a DVD in three years, they are still regularly in the Top Ten charts such is her popularity.

The star has previously opened up about her fitness regime, crediting her six-pack to working out six times a week, for around an hour at a time.

In 2019, her personal trainer Sarah Grant revealed the mother-of-three has a great attitude towards exercise and wants to "have fun" at all costs.

Davina also said of her diet: "I swapped white bread and pasta for wholegrain versions after learning how high-GI foods affect your energy.”

Alex Jones is also in the top three (Alex Jones/Instagram)

She also said that "the less processed the food, the better", and that "planning and ordering all the food for the week is a must.

"I then write the meals for the week on a big chalkboard in our kitchen and cook everything from fresh."
