Davina McCall has been urged to "take it easy" by fans after she provided a health update.
The 54-year-old presenter sparked concerns from her followers yesterday after she shared a photo of a swollen foot on her Instagram stories.
Davina has now taken to the social media platform to explain how the accident occurred while she was out walking the dog.

She posted a video from her bed while she is resting up - and assured followers she doesn't require surgery after the painful injury.
Davina said: "I thought I'd better give a bit of an explanation about my foot.
She continued: "I was out walking the dog yesterday and I thought I'd run down these three steps.
"I think I must have tripped on a root and, oh my god, it hurts so much."
She added: "I sort of twisted my foot, but I can't flex it upwards.
"I can do a bit of weight-bearing. They think it might be a tiny fracture or a chip off a tiny bone in my foot.
"It's gonna be some physio, no cast needed. Elevation, a bit of cold, just take it a bit easy. No disco dancing for the next couple of week."
Concerned fans and followers flooded the comments to wish Davina well in her recovery.
Oliver said: "Oh Davina please take easy put your foot up and rest up."
Tracey added: "Get well soon Superwoman."
Claudia commented : "Owchie. Hope you recover soon."
Rachel posted: "Hopefully you will be bouncing around in no time! Get well soon."
