The 53-year-old TV presenter posed right outside her house in her workout gear, which included patterned leggings and a black sports bra.
She was all smiles for the camera as she stood with her hands on her hips.
"Hit the gym … if u haven’t already tried #oyg get the @ownyourgoalsdavina app … so easy … took it to the gym," she captioned her post on Instagram.
"Did a couple of toned in 10 @sarahblendfit workouts on there … aces," she added along with a few raising hands emojis.

Davina accessorised her gold patterned two-piece with a pair of oversized shades and left brunette locks in a tousled style.

Her saucy posts came after pal Amanda Holden joked that she and Davina are next in line to host on Strictly Come Dancing.
The actress and presenter, 50, revealed she has her eyes on the coveted gig, and warned current hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman that she's gunning for their jobs.
