She has some of the most enviable abs in showbiz thanks to her love of working out.
Now Davina McCall may take things one step further by going on a cosmetic surgery “holiday”.
The TV presenter, who last year admitted thinking about cosmetic procedures “all the time”, says: “I have absolutely zero judgement on people who choose to have them.
“At some point I’m going to go away for a six-month holiday and come back looking very ‘fresh’!”
Davina, 53, is rumoured to have had Botox following her split from Matthew Roberts in 2017 after 17 years of marriage and three children.
She also revealed how Matthew would have been horrified at the prospect.
Davina once said she wouldn’t rule out a face-lift as she edges closer to 60, but she also says: “I am happy with my body – maybe it’s also because I’m a bit older now, but also due to younger people on social media who are all shapes and sizes posting pictures of themselves.
“The other day I wore a pair of shorts, that maybe I wouldn’t have worn previously.
"I’m pretty sure it’s because the generations below me are being brave and putting themselves out there – they’re impacting all of our attitudes in a really positive way.”
Davina released 14 exercise DVDs before creating her online fitness platform, Own Your Goals.
And only this Wednesday she showed off her toned physique by posting this amazing picture of herself in a black bikini.
Along with Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, she has been hired by online fashion retailer JD Williams as an ambassador for its fashion collection this summer. It hopes to appeal to the stylish over-50s.
“I like tailoring, suits and I love denim,” says Davina. “I like quite clean and simple lines. Despite that, I have become wackier with my style as I’ve grown older.
“I now own a leopard print tracksuit, so sometimes I can go massively off-piste.”
She adds: “I’ll always feel like I’m in my prime and never past it.
"What you get taken away in terms of skin elasticity, you get back in wisdom!"
