David Tennant and wife Georgia out of covid isolation as she thanks him for looking after her

David Tennant and his wife Georgia announced that the pair are finally out of isolation after contracting COVID-19.

Georgia shared the good news for the couple on her Instagram last night as she told fans the couple were out of isolation as she thanked her husband David for looking after him.

She captioned the sweet post: "Happy end of isolation to us. Thank you to everyone who really showed up these past weeks (not literally cos that’s very much against the rules) you’ve very much renewed our faith in humanity. And from me; thank you to him who nursed me through some pretty bleak moments. Sorry I repaid you by giving you Covid #bestwife "

Fans were absolutely delighted to hear that the couple were doing okay after their isolation period.

One commented: "Poor things. So happy you’re feeling better!"

Another wrote: "Oh I’m glad you’re both well “In sickness and in health” that’s how it goes."

A third said: "glad you're both alright! lovely to see your face without a mask. :)"

This good news follows on from the news that the couples show 'Staged' has been nominated for best scripted comedy at the National Comedy Awards 2021.
