David Seaman claims Dean Henderson may need to leave Manchester United in order to become England No. 1.
Henderson, 23, has had to settle for being second-choice goalkeeper at Old Trafford despite penning a lucrative new deal last summer.
He has impressed when called on, keeping three clean sheets and conceding just three goals in his first five senior appearances for United.
Nonetheless, Henderson has been unable to dislodge David de Gea between the posts despite the Spaniard continuing to make high-profile errors this season.
The latest blunder came during the defeat by RB Leipzig on Tuesday, when De Gea was slow off his line as the Bundesliga side went 3-0 up.

It proved a costly error, as United went on to lose 3-2 and were eliminated from the Champions League.
De Gea has made almost triple Henderson's appearances this season and Seaman admits the latter may need to leave the Red Devils if he continues in his back-up role.
“If Dean Henderson wants any chance of becoming England keeper, then he needs to play more football," the Arsenal and England legend told The Target Men Podcast .

“If he becomes Manchester United ’s number one, then he’s a real threat to Jordan Pickford and I think he’ll probably leapfrog Nick Pope.
"He’s got the experience from his time at Sheffield [United]. So, he’s got all the experience he needs, he just needs playing time, so if it’s not at Man United, then I think he really needs to go somewhere else."
Henderson was called up to the Three Lions squad by Gareth Southgate for the first time last year and made his first appearance last month, coming off the bench in the friendly victory over Republic of Ireland.
He shone on loan at Sheffield United as the Blades finished ninth in the Premier League last season - but he has made just two top-flight appearances this campaign.
