Browns tight end David Njoku has left the Monday Night Football contest against the New York Jets after making a hard landing on his head and wrist.
Njoku got submarined by a Jets defender as he attempted to haul in a high throw from Baker Mayfield on the Browns’ second offensive possession.
He left the medical evaluation tent on the sideline and headed straight to the locker room, according to Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com.
The ESPN broadcast crew revealed Njoku is being evaluated for a possible concussion and is questionable to return.
