David Moyes will hold his first press conference since returning as West Ham manager this afternoon as he begins work at Rush Green.
The 56-year-old Scot will speak to reporters from 2pm GMT today as he previews West Ham’s New Year’s Day match with Bournemouth.
The Hammers are in desperate need of a win. They are currently one point above the relegation zone following a run of nine defeats in 12 matches, but this is familiar territory for Moyes.
West Ham were in the bottom three when he took over from Slaven Bilic back in November 2017 and he successfully guided the Hammers to survival.
And that six-month spell has seen him held in high-regard by the West Ham board. So much so that they moved for him over the man who will be in the opposition dugout on Wednesday night: Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe.
