David Moyes predicts where Manchester United will finish in Premier League table

David Moyes thinks Manchester United will miss out on a top-four finish after they were beaten by Everton on Easter Sunday.

The Reds delivered one of their worst performances in recent memory at Goodison Park as goals from Richarlison, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Lucas Digne and Theo Walcott secured a 4-0 win for Marco Silva's side.

Despite the loss, United remain in contention for a top-four finish, although they do have tricky home games against Manchester City and Chelsea coming up.

There are just three points separating United in sixth and Tottenham in third but Moyes doesn't see United finishing where they want to.

"I think the outsiders would be Manchester United at the moment," Moyes told Flow Sports.

"If I was pushed I would probably go for Arsenal, I think they might just make it with the games they’ve got. But I couldn’t be sure because Arsenal are inconsistent as well.

"I think Chelsea will be there or thereabouts but I don’t know if they look like they’ve set their sights on the Europa League final, trying to get through and winning it as a way to get to the Champions League.

Rio Ferdinand sends appropriate message to Manchester United players after Everton loss

"Arsenal have done remarkably well but that’s what we’ve been saying about United as well. United in the last three months have done remarkably well.

"I think that it’s just so difficult to call but Arsenal at home... the only reason I would say it wouldn’t be Arsenal is because of their away form. I saw their performance against Everton [at Goodison Park], it was really poor.

"But I think Arsenal, where they are, might be the ones to make it."
