Granit Xhaka is likely to be changing clubs during the summer transfer window.
Five years on from sealing a £35million move from Borussia Monchengladbach, the Swiss international is expected to be one of several Arsenal first-team players sold as Mikel Arteta looks to overhaul his squad.
A switch to AS Roma - where he will be managed by Jose Mourinho - is close as football.london understands the Xhaka has already agreed personal terms with the Serie A side and all that remains is for the two clubs to reach an agreement on a fee.
However, Xhaka has refused to be drawn on his future.
"There are always rumours as soon as the transfer market opens but I don't want to talk about my future," he told a press conference ahead of Switzerland's 1-1 draw with Wales at Euro 2020. "I want to keep that until the end of the tournament and what happens afterwards you will then get to know about it.
"Everything else doesn't distract me. I'm fit and motivated and I'm looking forward to doing a lot of things.
"This tournament is very important to the team and to Switzerland and we want to show it with good performances here."
While Xhaka has no control over when his transfer to Roma can go through, he does have full control as to when to make a change to his appearance.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 28-year-old had a 'surprise' for his wife and a couple of his Arsenal teammates.
As seen in the post above, Xhaka has dyed his hair blonde.
A decision that appears to have left David Luiz and Alexandre Lacazette speechless as they both commented on the new hairstyle with laughing and weary face emojis.
This could be one of the final times Luiz and Xhaka interact as Arsenal players with the former officially leaving the Emirates Stadium when his contract expires at the end of the month.
Meanwhile, Xhaka looks set to be playing his football in Italy next season.
As for Lacazette, his contract expires next summer - meaning Arteta and technical director Edu have a big decision to make regarding whether to cash in on the Frenchman now or risk losing him for free.
