David Clifford clearly lives within a bit of fish bowl since he is the biggest GAA star not only in Kerry but also in the whole country.
Even more evidence of that came over the weekend when this clip emerged of what was rightly dubbed a 'stampede' of children sprinting towards him at full-time of a match involving his club Fossa.

Interestingly, because of the size of the club, David and his fellow all-star brother Paudie line out at junior level.
Although in one small bit of relief to defenders who come across Fossa, Paudie does at least play centre-back with his club.
With regard to this particular instance, fans were quick to hail it as being what the GAA is all about.
One person wrote: "That's absolutely class". While Ciaran joked: "Bigger than The Beatles." Lastly, Matt wrote: "That's great to see."
The presumptive Footballer of the Year was also involved in another down-to-earth moment not long after winning his first senior All-Ireland medal with Kerry.
Just one week after starring in their win over Galway, he kicked 1-9 for Fossa as they triumphed over Listowel Emmets.
Despite his fame across the country, the 23-year-old keeps a relatively low profile as he isn't even on social media.
In a rare recent interview with RSVP Live, he explained why he eschews it completely despite it being so popular among his age group.
He said: "I have never had any interest in social media. It takes up a lot of your time and it is not something that ever appealed to me.
"I will probably keep it that way going forward."
Instead, he prefers to focus his time away from the pitch on other sports which he is passionate about.
He continued: "I am interested in a lot of other sports like soccer (as he is a big Celtic fan). I play a bit of golf whenever I can as well."
