A golden throne, a white bow-tie and a face like a drunk fish. It can only be caption time. There's almost too much to play with in this photograph, taken during David Cameron's speech at the lord mayor's banquet at Guildhall last night, but the standout detail has to be Lord Mayor of London Fiona Woolf's look of utter boredom. The prime minister used the speech to declare a state of permanent austerity. Which evidently wasn't a particularly troubling thought for the woman with the thick gold chain.
