David Cameron loved to go out raving while wearing a baseball cap in the 1980s, it has been reported.
DJ Adamski, 52, claimed the former Prime Minister was a "regular" on the dance scene.
The DJ said he believes Mr Cameron visited the London club Solaris when he was a young researcher, after he graduated from Oxford.
Adamski, whose real name is Adam Tinley, told Classic Pop Magazine: “Apparently, David Cameron used to go to Solaris.
"Yeah, I gather he’d lurk about in the corner with a big baseball cap on, gurning.”
Solaris was “aimed at hardcore ravers who had been out all Saturday night and wanted to carry on”, The Sun reports.
While he was Prime Minister, Cameron was known for his informal way of doing business, according to Mail Online.
Last month, David Cameron was accused of having a “brass neck” after saying he volunteered at a foodbank despite his policies making them necessary.
The former PM presided over the largest increase in food banks in British history.
When he left office in 2016, foodbank usage had increased by 1,854% since he became Prime Minister in 2010.
Labour ’s deputy leader Angela Rayner said: “David Cameron talks about visiting a food bank like it’s a nice day out.
"In one of the richest countries in the world, people are reliant on food banks because of the political choices he made.
“As the architect of austerity, I can’t believe he had the brass neck.”
But Mr Cameron said: "I worked for the Chipping Norton Food Bank actually one or two days a week, which was great to do something to help people who were really isolated and stuck at home.”
Mr Cameron announced his resignation as prime minister after losing the Brexit referendum in June 2016.
