David Beckham jokingly called his wife an 'a**ehole' in a note he attached to Victoria Beckham 's packed lunch.
The footballer, 46, was the ultimate husband and prepared a lunch for his wife but made sure to keep things light with a joke about her 'grumpiness'.
Victoria, 47, shared a snap of the post-it note to her Instagram Stories and gushed over how he 'looks after her'.
The post-it note read: "Enjoy lunch ****hole... Come home happier. Lots of love, you know who."
She captioned the sweet picture: "Even when I'm grumpy he looks after me! Thank you very much @davidbeckham."
The sweet note clearly had a positive impact on Posh Spice.
Victoria and David have been married for almost 23 years and are still as adorable as ever.
The two are always busy throwing little jibes at each other and sharing hilarious moments with fans online.
Last month, before Christmas arrived, David was busy minding his business while roasting chestnuts on an open fire.
The footie star was singing Nat King Cole's The Christmas Song and feeling the festive season with a Santa hat on before his wife slowly approached.
"You're trying hard with that vocal," the Spice Girls singer laughed as he turned around to look at her.
David - all while tossing the chestnuts - immediately responded: "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry... Adele."
Victoria captioned the sweet post: "Does anyone love Christmas as much as my husband?!?@davidbeckham kisses @adele #burninghisnuts."

Fans were dying of laughter in the comment section, with one user saying: "Hahaha “I’m sorry, I’m sorry...Adele” brutal," while another said: "“Oh I’m sorry, Adele!” Iconic."
Another complimented the footie icon: "OMG he does have a very nice voice."
Meanwhile, David couldn't catch a break as the internet couldn't help but roast the star when they spotted him standing on his tiptoes for a family Christmas photo.
David was standing next to their son Romeo and fans theorised it was all because the two have been jokingly competing on who is the tallest.
"Love the family photo, AND the tip toes cheers!" one amused user posted while another commented: "Does anyone else notice that @davidbeckham has to go on his tippy toes to match the height of his boys?"
