David Beckham celebrates 45th birthday with personalised wrapping paper alongside Victoria

David Beckham celebrated his 45th birthday by unwrapping gifts that were wrapped with paper sporting his own face.

Wife Victoria posted images on her Instagram of the pair enjoying a bacon sandwich.

She wrote the words "Love you" on the plate using tomato ketchup.

Victoria posted: "Happy birthday to the best daddy. Celebrating in lockdown and missing @brooklynbeckham and all our friends and family today. We all love you so much xxx."

A throwback image of the pair from when they met in 1997 also made it to social media.

Below the image was the caption: "Happy birthday @davidbeckham x Remembering our walks with Snoop and Puffy in Manchester all those years ago. Still dog walking together 23 years later. Love you so much x."

Victoria celebrated her 46th birthday in April with the Beckhams currently isolating at their Cotswolds home.

The birthday messages continued to pour in from the former Manchester United star's various connections.

Current Red Devils man Marcus Rashford said "Happy birthday Becks."

He also posted an image of an old Beckham United shirt which he had got signed by the free-kick specialist back in the day.

It read: "To Marcus. Good luck and continue working hard and playing with joy and passion. Love David Beckham."

After he left United the former England skipper played from Real Madrid, LA Galaxy and AC Milan.

The latter took to their Twitter account to say: "Becks turns 45 today! Happy birthday, David Beckham."

Since retiring from football the London-born star has invested in Salford City alongside his Class of 92 team-mates.

The now football league club were promoted last term thanks to the group's support and the club said: "Happy birthday to David Beckham from everyone at Salford City.

"Have a great day, Becks."
