David Beckham accused of pretending to cook Christmas dinner as real chef is caught on camera

David Beckham has been accused of pretending to cook the family's Christmas dinner as a chef was caught on camera in the background as he carved the turkey.

The former footballer, 44, was seen slicing up the joint in a video posted on Instagram .

He proudly wielded the carving knife as he got stuck into a giant turkey and a large ham.

However, eagle-eyed fans spotted two members of staff standing behind Becks, with one busy preparing the rest of the food in the kitchen.

Followers flocked online to point out that Becks might not have cooked thebird himself.

One tweeted: "The hilarious thing about David Beckham carving the Turkey for the fam is the chef in the background looking at him likeeee...'You’re carving it wrong mate!!'
