Pundit Richard Foster has laid the blame for Celtic's opener on defender David Bates.
The former Hamburg and Rangers centre-back has struggled for form since arriving at Pittordrie.
His signing coincides with Stephen Glass' winless streak that continued against Celtic.
Ange Postecoglou's side earned their first win on the road, and Foster felt that the opener could have been prevented by Bates.
The former Aberdeen defender reckons that Kyogo Furuhashi's opener should have been stopped by the Scotland cap as took his shot on goal.
When analysing the goal on BBC Sportscene, Foster said: "When it comes in the defender, I think it's Bates, has got to engage with Kyogo.
"Go and get against him, don't allow him to get that run on you, because then he is on your blind side.
"It's a fantastic run in, it's a superb cross in, and it's a very imaginative finish.
"But for Bates, there is only one guy in the box. You've got to get tight to him.
"You don't allow him to get that run on you, because as soon as you do, he could have gone behind you, or in front of you."
