David and Victoria Beckham's Sleek London Kitchen Is a Masterclass in Maximizing Every Inch of Space

David and Victoria Beckham.

David and Victoria Beckham have long been established as powerhouses in sport and fashion, but their eye for a stunning aesthetic clearly extends to the home.

Snapshots shared on Victoria's social media offer a rare glimpse into the couple's London kitchen, anchored by towering vertical cabinetry from the luxury Italian manufacturer Officine Gullo.

Known for high-end designs and extraordinary range cookers, Officine Gullo is a heavyweight in the world of kitchen design. We have always been fans of the brand's ability to make effortlessly stylish kitchens that are wonderfully functional, too. The Beckhams' vertical storage solution further emphasizes the brand's genius.

The most striking element is the use of verticality; with ceilings in the Holland Park house reaching an estimated 15ft, the kitchen cabinets climb almost to the top. To reach those high-up holiday serving platters, the diminutive designer uses a sleek metal ladder that matches the hardware perfectly.

It feels a bit flighty to call anything here a 'trend' – these are pieces built to last lifetimes – but we couldn't help but notice the brass pans (like these from Wayfair) hanging ornamentally above the island. It’s a classic look that adds a bit of professional warmth to the space.

The dark, atmospheric tones of the metal and wood offer a chic contrast to the more pared-back kitchen color ideas elsewhere, like the cream-painted walls and a black-and-white hexagonal breakfast table tucked by the window.

Based in Florence, Officine Gullo is the result of founder Carmelo Gullo's specific vision for professional-grade domestic kitchens. With showrooms in design hubs like New York, Los Angeles, and Milan, the brand has become a global benchmark for quality.

Our Content Director, Lucy Searle, previously visited their Milan space and was immediately sold. 'I can attest that the quality of these kitchens is second-to-none,' Lucy says. 'Officine Gullo is always a star of the Milan design shows.'

By hand-shaping raw materials in their Italian workshops, the brand creates pieces that are as much 'oeuvres' as they are appliances. The result for the Beckhams is a space that feels both incredibly grand and perfectly lived-in – the ultimate goal for any high-end kitchen.
