David and Victoria Beckham have reportedly skipped their son Romeo’s 17th birthday party, leaving it in the hands of a group of nannies instead.
Romeo had his siblings with him as they enjoyed a pizza party at a swanky joint but his parents were 'otherwise engaged' and unable to join in the celebrations.
The birthday boy had 20-year-old brother Brooklyn and 14-year-old Cruz to support him, along with eight-year-old sister Harper.
Meanwhile David and Victoria's roles were fulfilled by four nannies that accompanied their offspring on the party date, it is reported.
It was reportedly left to Harper to present her brother with the cake and it would be interesting to know what he wished for when blowing out the candles.
Romeo reportedly had seven guests to join his siblings at pizza venue, Homeslice in White City, West London.
A source has told The Sun that despite David and Victoria "constantly gushing about their kids," they "weren't at Romeo's party."
The source claimed "four nannies did all the legwork," but admitted "the kids didn’t seem to mind as the pizza came thick and fast."
David and Victoria did share a number of pics of Romeo on his actual 17th birthday, on Sunday.
Victoria shared snaps of a family lunch they were having, while David showed off a mountain of doughnuts that were bought in celebration of the day.
