David and Victoria Beckham have lost a planning row with their neighbour, it's claimed.
The couple now face 10-hour days of noisy construction work after plans to alter a posh house near to their £31million London home were greenlit.
They had previously won a battle against the same neighbour after initial plans for a new internal layout, slate roof with roof light and a new outdoor space were rejected, according to The Sun.
Their worries included that the neighbour was creating a whole new patio area including a balcony on the first floor, which may have overlooked their back garden.
Also raised was that the proposed roof light would be seen from their house.
But permission for builders to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, has been granted after the council were satisfied with amended plans.
The council's report said: "There are no concerns with the impact of the proposal on the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers in terms of light, sense of enclosure, noise or privacy."
A senior planning officer recommended the neighbours met to discuss their issues.
They said: "I encourage you to discuss your proposals with all neighbours with a boundary with your site, as we will advise them of any application."
The Beckhams' reps declined to comment when contacted by Mirror Online.
David and Victoria bought the six-bedroom, Grade II-listed London townhouse back in 2013.
They also own a mansion in the Cotswolds where they have been spending the coronavirus lockdown with three of their children, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and eight-year-old Harper.
Their oldest son Brooklyn, 21, is unable to fly home from New York where he's been living with his girlfriend Nicola Peltz.
