Dave King in Rangers attack but his vote against Graeme Park fails

Dave King voted against the re-election of Graeme Park to the Rangers board at Tuesday's AGM.

It comes amid the bad blood between King and Park's father Douglas, who succeeded him as chairman of the Ibrox side.

Park was among those standing for re-election to the board where he will continue to serve alongside his father.

He was re-elected with a clear 81.1 per cent majority among shareholders while deputy chairman John Bennett and director Alastair Johnston were also re-elected with 100 per cent and 98.5 per cent respectively.

But The Glasgow Times report that former chairman King, who still holds a 15.45 per cent stake in the club, voted against him.

King also voted against resolution eight, a motion to allow directors to distribute shares to specific investors.

That passed with 79.2 per cent of the vote.

Park Jr. also served as a director under King before he stepped down as chairman in March last year and handed the reins over to Park Sr.
