Dave Cormack reckons Aberdeen should have the Right to Dream in selling their top talent.
A number of top English and Euro clubs are on the trail of kid Calvin Ramsay and Lewis Ferguson.
Cormack knows why as the data shows Ramsay is up there as one of the best young right-backs in Europe.
The chairman knows his club needs to find a way to maximise their potential in the transfer market.
Cormack feels Danish side Nordsjaelland are the perfect example of how to promote and sell on talent, as part of their link up to the Ghanaian ‘Right to Dream’ talent academy.
It has seen the Danes land more than £30million in transfer fees recently.
Cormack said: “I look at FC Nordsjaelland. The guy [Tom Vernon] that owns Nordsjaelland also owns Right to Dream who have an academy in Ghana.
“Nordsjaelland have sold three players for 20m Euros between them. These are young players. Also they just sold [Kamaldeen] Sulemana to Rennes for 21m Euros.”
Scotland isn’t able to command as large a fee as other countries although Celtic have shown what can be done with their big-money sales.
However, it’s a lot harder for other clubs in the Premiership.
Cormack added: “Why can’t we do that in Scotland?”

“The answer is, one, you don’t pay that [transfer fee] for players in Scotland, you just don’t pay it.
"Two, they are not technically gifted as players.
“I think that’s changing in the latter part we’ve seen players come through.”
