Davante Adams caused waves on Twitter on Monday with nine cryptic words. Because the Green Bay Packers are entrenched in a standoff between Aaron Rodgers and the organization’s leadership, Adams’ tweet immediately went viral. It seemed like it might be a clue about Rodgers’ future with the team. Maybe.
“Gotta appreciate what u got while ya got it!” Adams wrote.
On one hand, it could be just a generic tweet about not taking things for granted. On the other hand, he could be reflecting upon not taking Rodgers for granted, considering the QB is reportedly trying to force his way off the Packers‘ roster. The Packers have insisted they won’t trade the quarterback. So the standoff continues..
