An appeal has been made after a priceless family memento went missing in West Dublin.
Sinead Flanagan has sent out a plea to anyone who may have seen her mother's locket which is of huge sentimental value as a lock of her father's hair is inside.
Taking to Facebook she said: "My mam lost her gold locket today in Blanchardstown Centre. She was in Woodies, Homestore and Dunnes and got the 39 bus.

"It's of great sentimental value with a lock of my Dad's hair inside, she's devastated, if people can share , these are the best photos we have of it , it spins around on a bar.
