Daughter of Mark Dantonio, Son of Harlon Barnett publish children’s book together

Kristen Carpenter is the daughter of former Michigan State Football head coach Mark Dantonio. Todd Barnett is the son of Harlon Barnett, who was an assistant with Dantonio at MSU from 2007-2017 before rejoining the team under Mel Tucker in 2020. Now, they will be known as authors and publishers as the pair released a children’s book together this week.

Mark Dantonio tweeted about the book on Monday:

Proud of my daughter and @HarlonBarnett’s son @SimplyTheTodd for authoring and publishing a children’s book. Check it out on Amazon #SpartansWill https://t.co/GJn2PDEAX0
