A group of Thai League players, led by former national midfielder Datsakorn Thonglao, filed a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division over unpaid wages.
The footballers, who played for Thai League 3 club Seemok FC, coaching staff and team officials claimed the club owed them as much as five months' wages, worth more than 10 million baht.
The 35-year-old Datsakorn said he signed a one-year contract with the club in November last year but said he has not been paid since while some 40 other people including players, coaching staff and team officials are also suffering the same fate.
Datsakorn claimed the team's two foreign players, a Japanese and a Namibian, are also making contact with the sport's governing body Fifa over the matter.
Seemok FC, whose club president is Thanadech Yongkitjathorn, have been banned from competing by the Football Association of Thailand in March.
