Dating and romance can be tough. From swiping on an app to blind dates, finding true love is not easy but four friends from Wales decided to try a unique way of finding love.
Amy, Heather, Becky and Delyth all tried group dating together and risked their friendship in the process. They appeared on the W Channel show Dating With My Mates and their episode will air on Thursday, August 25 at 8.15pm on W Channel.
The process works by all four girls attending a three-course meal together when they will meet three different men - one during the starter, one during the main course and one during dessert.

After the meal is finished the men have to choose if they want to return to ask one of the women on a second date. Will hearts be broken and friendships ruined? Only two women out of the four were picked to go on second dates. Amy was picked twice, by Ade and Scott while Delyth was chosen by Brian.
Amy turned down Ade, who all the girls thought would choose Heather. Heather dealt with the rejection well, she said: "I don't mind actually. I wasn't majorly physically attracted to him but I still think he was a really nice person."
Heather added: "The girls are really happy and obviously as their friend I'm really happy." Luckily the group dating experiences didn't cause any fallouts among the close friends, Becky and Delyth actually met in the first place as they dated the same man previously and they became friends from there. All the girls have been unlucky in love and all had been cheated on in previous relationships.
They are also all single mothers, with two children each. They joked that their children would also be best friends. At the end of the show it was revealed that Amy and Scott enjoyed a successful second date.
