Connacht and Leinster will kick off the Heineken Champions Cup last 16 round at the Sportsground on Friday, April 8 at 8pm.
The four provinces now know the dates and kick-off times as they enter the knock-out stages of the competition, with aggregate scores determining which teams progress to the quarter-finals.
Four time winners Leinster have moved the second leg of the eagerly-awaited clash from the RDS to the Lansdowne Road venue that has a 51,000 capacity on Friday, April 15.
Reigning champions Toulouse are moving their first leg fixture against Ulster, the URC table-toppers, to the 33,000-capacity Le Stadium on Saturday, 9 April.
The second leg goes ahead at the Kingspan Stadium on Saturday, 16 April.
Munster are also away from home in their first leg, at Sandy Park, to face the 2020 champions Exeter Chiefs on Saturday, April 9.
Thomond Park will host the second leg seven days later.
In the event of drawn matches or equal aggregate scores at the end of normal time in the second leg, extra-time will be played.
