Dashcam footage has captured a terrifying close-call between a driver and an oncoming lorry.
The video shows both vehicles swerving to avoid a head-on collision on a bend after the HGV drifted onto the wrong side of the road.
The two vehicles miss each other by inches before the driver of the car pulls over in a lay-by in shock.
The near miss happened at around 6.15pm on Monday (October 7) on a road near a junction with the busy A465 Heads of the Valleys Road, Wales Online reports .
The driver of the car, Nathan Murphy, said he was mere inches away from disaster.
"A split second later and this would have been a completely different situation," the 33-year-old said.
"There was no way that I would have survived the impact at that speed, but that's not worth thinking about.
"I'm extremely relieved they saw me at the last second."
He added he had not reported the incident to the police but had contacted the company responsible for the truck, and was yet to hear back.
