This is the moment a speeding motorist almost collided with an oncoming car while overtaking in a 20mph zone in Bristol.
A tailgating motorist has now been fined in court for his dangerous driving.
In a post on Twitter, local officers say the motorist was caught tailgating, speeding and nearly colliding with another car.
The driver appeared in court after being caught on dashcam, and was given nine driving points and a fine.

A post on Twitter from ASPolice Roads Policing (RPU) reads: "Driver tailgating car in Bristol, overtakes at speed in a 20 goes round a keep left bollard but had to pull in sharpish to avoid colliding with oncoming car!
"All recorded on #Dashcam.
"Court result: 9 points, £337 fine, £110 costs, £34 victim surcharge.
"Driver pleaded guilty by post."
