Shock dashcam footage captured the moment a motorist drives down the wrong side of a Scots road- causing another car to stop in its tracks.
The video, which has been shared widely on social media, shows a driver on the A921 in Kirkcaldy clearly on the wrong side of the route.
A red car is filmed in the incorrect lane, and comes close to hitting a passing motorist who is driving in the right lane and going straight ahead.
The reckless driver forces the other vehicle, which is filming, to stop in its tracks, as it squeezes past.
He shouts "that's twice" as it is reportedly the second time this has happened.
The footage was posted on the Fife Jammer Locations Facebook page and garnered an angry reaction on social media, as people called the driver "dangerous" and said she needed to be reported to police before she caused an accident.
One wrote: "Hope you got her number plate she needs reporting to police so bloody dangerous that road hasn't changed how the hell is she managing to do this."
Another added: "Wtaf! This person needs taking off the road before she causes a major accident!"
One said: "She needs reported for this and re-educated before she does have an accident!"
And a final comment added: "Please show this to the police! She’s gonna kill someone driving like that!! So worrying she can’t even see any problem!!"
In the original post, Fife Jammer Locations stated: "Mind the driver of the day the other day ?
"Well she's doing it again and still thinks she's not in the wrong...
"If anyone Ken's this lassie point hur in the right direction."
When approached by The Record for comment, Police Scotland claimed they had not received a report of the incident on the A921.
