Darren Steele: Police concerned for man missing from North Belfast

Police are appealing to the public for help in finding a man who has been missing from Belfast for over 24 hours.

Darren Steele, 43, was last seen on Thursday, December 9 at approximately 3pm.

He is missing from the Mount Vernon/Shore Road area of Belfast.

Darren is described as 6ft tall, with short dark hair and stubble. He is believed to be wearing dark jeans and a black padded coat with a Man United football top underneath.

In a statement on Friday, December 10, North Belfast police said they were "concerned for the welfare" of Darren.

Officers shared a photo of Darren on social media to help members of the public identify the man.

The statement said: "If you have any information which may assist in locating Darren please contact 101 quoting reference number 139 of 10/12/21."
