Darren Moore gives Bolton Wanderers verdict and Sheffield Wednesday team news ahead of clash

Darren Moore expects an open game when Bolton Wanderers come to Hillsborough tomorrow afternoon and has no fresh injury concerns in his Sheffield Wednesday squad prior to the encounter.

Wanderers make the trip over the Pennines tomorrow to take on the Owls in League One.

It will pit seventh against 12th in the third tier of English football in a programme of football which only has four games taking place tomorrow in light of matches being called off due to the international break.

Wanderers can climb into the top six with victory tomorrow, while Wednesday would go level with Bolton if they pick up three points.

Ahead of the game, Moore has reported no fresh injury concerns and will use Sam Hutchinson as a utility player for the clash against Wanderers.

And Owls boss Moore is expecting an open contest against Ian Evatt's confident side with the free flowing football on show from the visitors to Hillsborough.

He said: "All the boys are fine and well.

"Everybody has come through training with others. We’ll see how they all are tomorrow morning.

"He’s needed in multiple positions, we’ll keep using him as we see fit. He can play at the back or in midfield and that’s wonderful versatility.

"They are playing free-flowing football. They are a committed team.

"They have started the season quite strong. Their confidence is high and why shouldn't it be?

"I expect an open game where they will play their style and system."

Moore has had his say on League One so far and his side's performances in the division thusfar.

He believes Wednesday have not taken advantage of periods where they are on top in matches and is looking for greater consistency in that regard moving forwards in a competitive division.

He said: "League One is like no other season; there are probably eight or nine teams who have been in the Premier League. We are under no illusions at how difficult it is.

"The division comes with so many hurdles and you have got to cope with the demand.

"You have to be absolutely spot on when you play the team.

"You try and focus on yourself and find that consistency going forwards.

"The group is getting in a better place.

"We have had spells in games where we have had 20 to 30 minutes of blistering football and not quite taken full advantage of it. We have to keep working on that consistent level of approach.

"We have got new players and there is always combinations that need to develop."
