Darius Leonard disapproves of the new CBA passing

The new collective bargaining agreement was voted and approved by NFL players this weekend by a narrow margain, but Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard is not one of those players who will be happy about the result.

While there are benefits for the players in the new CBA, there are also some aspects—like a 17-game season—that players disapprove of. Leonard made his thoughts on the matter very clear, which was also in line with that of Colts free agent tight end Eric Ebron.

There are several players who share the same thoughts as Leonard and Ebron. The 17th-game, which wouldn’t become official until 2021 at the earliest seems to be the biggest deal-breaker for a lot of players.

More players will come out with their thoughts on the CBA over the next few days, but Leonard made it clear he isn’t one that approves the new deal being done.
