There's no denying that the daily lockdown walk has become more than a little repetitive.
And it would seem that some have gone to drastic lengths to keep their daily outdoor exercise varied and interesting.
Instagram page scotland_its_mental_ spotted someone kayaking down the River Kelvin in some pretty extreme weather.
Glasgow has been hit with a spate of weather warnings for ice, rain - and now snow. It takes a pretty tough cookie to brave those conditions, but it clearly didn't stop this person.
The Instagram page that spotted the unusual sight seems to share our feelings, saying: "You see all sorts in or on the River Kelvin, yesterday I saw someone kayaking - a first. Fair play it looked rough and Baltic - some workout."
We have to admitted we're definitely impressed...althought we don't think we'll be following in their footsteps any time soon.
