Redknapp's top four warning
Harry Redknapp has warned of a tough season next year for Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
Both sides have been in mixed form since the Premier League restart and find themselves in mid-table rather than pushing for a Champions League spot.
Redknapp says that the competition for a top-four spot is tougher than ever and that both Spurs and Arsenal will struggle to bridge the gap next season.
Speaking on talkSPORT, the former Spurs boss said: "You look at Spurs going forward, like Arsenal, are those two teams going to be in the top four next year?
"I see Man City and Liverpool as the top two, then you’ve got Man United and Chelsea, you’ve got teams emerging like Wolves.
"I don’t see it for them next year, it’s going to be tough again for the two clubs in north London."
Behind the scenes at Spurs
Tottenham Hotspur is a club in flux with Jose Mourinho as of yet to stamp his imprint on the team and Champions League qualification looking unlikely.
Spurs sit ninth in the Premier League and without an upturn in form in the remaining six matches look set to finish in their lowest position in 12 years.
So with that is a natural inclination to look towards next season and the future for Mourinho, the club's owner Joe Lewis and chairman Daniel Levy and the players at Tottenham.

Danny Rose transfer stance
Danny Rose has admitted he is hoping to remain at Newcastle United and that he is currently playing for his future.
Rose decided to embark on a new challenge by joining Newcastle United on loan in January after finding first-team opportunities limited at White Hart Lane.
The left-back has only a year left on his contract at Spurs and knows he will be leaving them in the close season.
Steve Bruce is keen to recruit Rose permanently and the defender would certainly like to make his move to the north east a permanent one in the summer.
